This policy explains how cancellations, no-shows, and payment-related deductions are handled by Travel Stamp Holidays. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.
Last Updated: January 2024Non-guaranteed reservations may be released at any time without prior intimation. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation made more than 23 days before the arrival date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 23 days of arrival will attract 100% retention charges.
In case of a no-show, 100% retention equivalent to the total room nights booked will be charged. No refunds will be applicable once the booking is marked as no-show.
If payment is made through a credit card, a 5% amount will be deducted as credit card processing charges in case of any cancellation.
