Airport Reporting Time
All passengers have to report 02 to 04 hours prior to the departure due to security checking at the airport. Please ensure you arrive with adequate time for check-in and security procedures.
Hotel Accommodation Policy
Names of hotels mentioned in our offer only indicate that our rates are based on usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey to you the confirmation of accommodation at these hotels. Hotel accommodation is subject to availability; otherwise, an alternate of similar standard will be provided.
Vehicle & Transportation
No vehicle is allowed to pick up guests inside railway station / Airport in JAMMU; hence our driver will coordinate with you for the same. Our vehicle is not allowed to do Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Sonamarg local sightseeing except local taxis of those places, so you have to book local taxis there with your own expense. However, our cab will remain with you throughout the whole tour for inter-city transfers.
Payment Terms
Booking shall be released if advance payment was not received on or before the cut-off dates provided. At the time of booking confirmation, you have to pay 30% of the total invoice amount to guarantee your booking, then the remaining balance on the day of arrival to continue further services, failing which services could be discontinued.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Cost incidental to any changes in the itinerary / stay on account of flight/train cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, road blocks and/or any factors beyond control will have to be borne by the client. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
Photo Identification
The guest must carry photo identification like passport / driving license / voter ID card in original at the point of check-in at the hotel. This is mandatory for all guests including children above 12 years of age. Failure to produce valid ID may result in denial of accommodation.
Complaints & Feedback
Any complaint regarding any hotel or its service shall not be entertained after check-out from the said hotel/houseboat. Hence, you are requested to immediately contact your concerned person for the same while still at the property. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly during your stay.
